Nicola Bennett has been in the property industry since 1989. From trying to sell houses when interest rates were 15% to moving into lettings when the Buy-To-Let mortgage was introduced in 1995 she has seen it all! She has worked upwards and through every aspect of the property industry in Surrey and London, both for corporate estate agents and smaller local agents. Nicola started Nicola Bennett Property Services in 2007 with just a couple of portfolio landlords. This expanded to leasehold management and Nicola became a member of The Property Ombudsman (www.tpos.co.uk) for both aspects of her business. She can offer landlords and leaseholders a comprehensive service of letting or selling above her normal business practice. All of her business comes from recommendation. Nicolas unique selling point – you no longer have to worry that you build a relationship with a member of staff who then moves on. You will only ever have to deal with Nicola. She has a support network of admin and maintenance staff which help her to offer everything a high street agent would, but more efficiently, better value for money and most important tailored to your needs.
