Water
If you find there is no water, the first thing to check before you call someone out is if it is affecting all the taps in the property, then check with your neighbours to see if it is just you that’s affected or if its block/street wide
If you have water coming through the ceiling of any part of your property and you live in a FLAT you MUST go to that flat first, NBPS does not have access nor authority to other flats in blocks so your first port of call must be to alert the flat owner/tenant as they may have an immediate solution, if they are not in then please contact me only AFTER you have tried this
